The whole buying process was excellent and I was treated with the utmost respect. The salesman was extremely professional, friendly and charming. Not pushy at all. He was also very enthusiastic and keen.
Darren and Matthew looked after me really well, I really could not have expected to be looked after any better.
Everyone was very helpful and we were impressed by luis martinez who had a very good knowledge of the purchasing process. A very good advert for mini.

Stereotypically, salesmen are often perceived to be arrogant and fake. The salesmen at Colchester break the mould they were friendly and knowledgeable and helped to find a deal that worked for me. They were never pushy. It was so refreshing

After arranging an MOT retest a week later i was disappointed to find the had only ordered one tyre when two were needed, however they supplied a loan car and the car was ready the nest day.
I can't fault the dealership at all.Keep up the good work.

air con not working, £224 bill paid for no air con just an estimate to have it repaired Free visual health check to advise that the door is creaking and the window squeaks
Since replacement of the alternator there is now a rattle coming from somewhere in the engine on dashboard. The tyres are still going down as already explained. One point I would like to make is that the service advisor is exceptional.
I was disappointed not to be able to wait for my car to be seen.
They did not re-set the service light, now the brakes squeak.
They did not change the side light bulb.
Impressive and even allowed me to take an undisturbed nap while i waited ...
Completely satisfied as I was kept informed, with a complex problem
I had to wait a considerable time at mini while they sorted out a courtesy car. I felt very anxious from an awful experience and didn't feel at all comfortable with the words it shouldn't have happened.
Forgot to reset the light.
The staff looked after me very well.
They provided me with a mini clubman that suited my needs very well
